We honestly can't thank Ivan enough for helping us buy our first home! From the very beginning, he was so helpful, patient and always available whenever we had a question (and there were definitely a lot of them). He made what could have been a really stressful process feel so much easier, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. Highly recommend Ivan and his team if you're looking to refinance. Ivan helped us walk the paperwork trail required to refinance and guided us the whole way. Dealing with finance situations can be very time consuming and stressful, Ivan took care of all the hard work, incredibly patient with questions and available when we weren't sure of something to explain it in every day English. He was able to offer us a selection of great packages that were exactly what we were looking for, at a wonderful rate. Thank-you once again Ivan & team!

I don't usually write reviews, but Ivan definitely deserves one! From the beginning, Ivan was incredibly knowledgeable about the different products available and took the time to understand our financial situation before recommending what would actually work best for us. One thing we really appreciated was that he was never pushy. He gave us the time and space to think things through, checked in without putting any pressure on us, and was always happy to answer our questions. When you're making big financial decisions, having someone like that makes such a difference. The whole process was honestly seamless and stress-free. If you're looking for someone who knows his stuff, Ivan is your guy!
